Mohammed Khattab



Mr. Khattab provided and managed hundreds of consulting, audit and tax projects over the years for mega organizations within the governmental and private sectors in Jordan, the MENA Region and across the globe. His work covered various projects in different industries for 30 years under the umbrella of business advisory.

Mr. Khattab worked on and supervised audit and financial functions, provided consulting and planning services, provided advising on financial and audit business process reengineering, developing internal control, strategic risk management policies and procedures and tax strategies…etc.

Dr. Moayad Samman

Managing Partner


With over 25 years of operational experience in the management of small, medium, large and mega business operations, Dr. Samman has been a Chairman and Board Member in over 50 local and international professional business associations and companies including Global Investment companies in the fields of heavy industries, real estate development, hospitality, education, banking, agriculture and trading. He has previous professional experiences in both public and private sectors’ organizations covering a diverse array of fields from general management, business development, business process re-engineering to engineering research with special emphasis on board of directors’ charters, governance and committees.

Dr. Samman is currently the Chairman of King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC), member of the Board of Trustees of Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II Technical University and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for AlDaman Company for the Development of Economic Zones. On another note, Dr. Samman was recently elected as the President of the Jordan Wrestling Federation.

Dr. Moayad was formerly the Chairman of the Board for King Hussein Business Park; the largest real estate project in the middle of the capital Amman and Jordan’s future smart city, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB), Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the National Resources Investment & Development Corporation (Mawared), Vice Chairman of Abdali Investment and Development Company, Chairman of the Board of Abdali Boulevard Company, Vice Chairman of the Board and General Commissioner for the Development and the Investment Projects Funds of the Jordan Armed Forces (DIP), Vice Chairman of the Board for  Military Credit Fund, Deputy General Manager for Lafarge Jordan Cement, and part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering at the German-Jordanian University.

Dr. Samman received his PHD in Industrial Engineering from Loughborough University in 2000 and obtained his graduate and undergraduate studies with First Honors in Civil Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.

Dr. Samman has been awarded the British Chevening Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and has been selected by the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship Inc. for the year 2005 to represent Jordan.

Azmi Khattab

Tax Manager


Mr. Khattab possesses over 20 years of professional experience in the field of tax advisory in the governmental sector, of which half of his commitment was spent in head level positions providing tax services to clients within many sectors such as the financial and investment, banking, services and NGOs sectors.

Mr. Khattab was a taxation auditor at the Income and Sales Tax Department filling many positions; his last one was the Head of Follow-up and Collection Section at the Large Taxpayers Directorate.
