Rama has practical experience in general management consulting services, including business advisory, conducting market research, and market analysis in addition to her expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis as well as reporting and data visualization. Eng. Rama is well versed in operations management as well as supply chain and inventory management.

Rama is highly capable of interpreting technical data and translating it into actionable business insights as excels in developing logical, structured approaches to tackling complex engineering and business problems, supported by her background in industrial engineering, enabling her to guide clients through transformational changes, optimizing both processes design and performance management.
