Eng. Batool Daoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, with a strong foundation in quality assurance and project management. Her academic background included studies in strategic planning, Lean Six Sigma, and operations research, all of which contribute to her expertise in optimizing organizational processes.

Additionally, Eng. Daoud has gained practical experience in quality assurance, concentrating on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as risk management. Her experience in these areas has enabled her to develop a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to ensuring compliance and enhancing quality systems.

During her time at PKF ProGroup, Eng. Batool significantly enhanced her expertise and skills. Her responsibilities included conducting market research, analyzing data, and observing project management tasks. This broad exposure to different aspects of consulting deepened her understanding of the field, enabling her to effectively address complex challenges, drive operational enhancements, and implement innovative solutions.
