Mr.Mohammad Al Samhouri
Mr. Mohammad has more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial management, during which he has contributed to strengthening financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and leading strategic transformation initiatives in complex and highly challenging business environments.
Throughout his career, his role has extended beyond traditional financial management. He has served as a strategic partner to executive management, contributing to improved profitability, stronger cash flows, and well-informed strategic and critical business decisions. He has also successfully achieved sustainable annual cost savings exceeding USD 500,000 while maintaining operational efficiency and financial stability.
Mr. Mohammad has extensive experience in crisis management and business restructuring. His responsibilities have included managing high-risk situations, safeguarding corporate assets, and restoring financial discipline and control during critical periods, thereby helping organizations return to stability and sustainable growth.
He also believes that successful financial management begins with building strong and effective teams. He has led the restructuring and development of underperforming finance teams, restoring motivation, accountability, and performance following challenging management transitions, while aligning team efforts with the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.
His key areas of expertise include financial planning and analysis, cost structure optimization, cash flow management, and the design and development of robust financial frameworks and systems that support sustainable growth and strengthen organizational resilience against future challenges.
