Ms. Thuoraya is an expert in human resources, with over 16 years of experience in the field. She holds the SPHRi certification from the prestigious Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a certified Scrum Master and Resilience Management Trainer from the Scrum Alliance. She has led numerous programs and forums in various Arab and international countries on a wide range of topics, including human resource management, organizational agility, employee engagement, creativity and innovation, strategic management, and digital transformation. Thuoraya has also provided comprehensive management consulting in these fields. Over her career, she has held leadership positions in several companies, including Orange Telecommunications and Ooredoo in Iraq, where she served as the manager of Training and Development.
